Our Process
Consultation
Let’s find out more about your event and everything we need to know to have the perfect bartending experience!
Supplies
Supplies included will be cups based on the drinks chosen to prepare, napkins, juices, mixers, picks, garnishes, all bartending tools, ice of course, and all the ingredients needed to create your custom cocktails!
Save the Date
Once confirmed, we will send over a detailed invoice along with a detailed contract for you to sign to ensure everything is taken care of smoothly. To secure your event date, we ask for a 50% deposit upfront.
Alcohol Shopping List
After deciding on the package and choosing cocktails, we will curate a detailed shopping list for you with all necessary ingredients as well as an estimated amount. Note: We have a cocktail list for you just in case you are unsure of what to choose!
Arrival and Departure
We will show up 1-2 hours before your event start time to set up and get everything in order to greet your guests. When we arrive at your event, have the alcohol ready for us to obtain, and leave the rest to us! Departure time is up to you! During our consultation we will talk about how many hours of service you need. We need about an hour of time to take down shop and clean up!
